Prisma Mobile Health Clinic at Phillis Wheatley
No longer must people without insurance be neglected. Come one and all to the free health exam at the Phillis Wheatley Community Center.

June 23, from 9 am until 4 pm
Free medical exam, no appointment required.
All patients are welcome, including those using employer insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. Patients who are uninsured may also visit the Mobile Health Clinic.
There is no appointment necessary, and no one is turned away regardless of ability to pay.
Mobile health services include:
Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Health education.
Social support such as food banks, SNAP, Medicaid, mental health services and employment resources.
