Move over STIR Restaurant and Prisma Health. Make room for Lima One Capital, who is moving in to share the building with you.
The newly renovated building at 300 McBee Avenue in downtown Greenville has officially welcomed Lima One Capital into its new corporate headquarters on July 17.

Around 200 out of 300 Lima One Capital employees will occupy the 60,000 square feet of office space on the second and third floors of the building redeveloped by Hughes Commercial Property, as one of downtown Greenville's largest employers has now officially expanded.
"This revitalized space will be among the premier office spaces in the Southeast, and a wonderful home for our company's next chapter," said Josh Woodard, CEO of Lima One Capital. "I am thrilled for Lima One Capital to be able to establish our new headquarters in the heart of downtown."
Since 2014, the real estate investment company has been headquartered in Greenville at 201 E. McBee Avenue, after its inception in 2010.
The transition from their old office space in the Synovus Building to their new work home on McBee Avenue is less than a mile away. This new location welcomed STIR Restaurant in July and will soon introduce its flagship anchor, Prisma Health, as well as other tenants to be announced.
Lima One Capital withdrew from the Greenville County redevelopment plan for the County Square project in November 2024, where they were to serve as the anchor tenant at University Ridge, according to prior reporting.
The decision to exit the agreement was based on the project's timeline not aligning with the company's needs. Lima One Capital's July 17 move-in date to 300 E. McBee Avenue offers the real estate company a new place to call home.
"We were committed to provide our employees a working space that will enable them and our company to be their best," Woodard said.
