Jazz lovers find good jazz bands. It's what they do.
Fans streamed in as if by osmosis ahead of the show, sipped their drink of choice, and munched on snacks from home. Imagine that. Chips, peanuts in shells, sandwiches, and nondescript tidbits from otherworldly cultures calmed the audience and put them in a good music mood.

That’s the casual atmosphere at the Southern Appalachian Brewery at 811 Locust in Hendersonville, NC.
The open-air shelter sports a roof and walls, but one side of the building is wide open to welcome diners and music lovers as if with open arms.

OGs should be worn out by the rigors of the day, but they find the strength to saunter in the dimly lit joint, dance, and frolic like teenagers, but slower with no wasted motion, and no tobacco, no weed.

A couple of hours into the evening, and the party is over. Our years have found us. And it's time to go to bed and find such sleep that results only from deep happiness.
