Therapy that keeps us moving

A new clinic goes beyond traditional physical therapy, creating a welcoming environment focused on wellness and community.

Mobility Matters hosted a grand opening of its new Greenville Clinic & Community Wellness Space at 502 Rutherford Street. Founder Dr. Quinn Winters chose that name for her clinic because people don’t have to ignore their lack of full mobility, as if movement doesn’t matter.

The clinic welcomes friends, family, clients, and community supporters for a look at the new location. Not only does the 1,000-square-foot facility include space for physical therapy treatment — including hot- and cold-immersion experiences — but also areas for community meetings and workspace for local entrepreneurs.

It’s part of Winters’ unique approach to care.

“We really champion community involvement,” Winters said. “We wanted this space to be more than a clinic. We want it to be somewhere people can gather, build, move, heal, and grow together.”

Winters founded Mobility Matters in 2018 after attending an entrepreneurship conference in Florida. Two years later, she launched Mobility Matters as a mobile physical therapy practice in Columbia, SC. In August 2021, Winters moved to Greenville, where she took the business full-time. Since then, the business has grown from one room on Augusta Street to the new facility.
