Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport wins 5 awards for best passenger experience
Greer's Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport may be small compared to larger airports like New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport or Miami International Airport, but that doesn't mean it can't compete.

For the third consecutive year, GSP is receiving top honors in the Airport Council International's Airport Service Quality Awards ― five of them, to be exact.
"Flying through Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is more than just a journey; it's a carefully crafted experience," said Justin Erbacci, director general at Airport Council International World. "Your success in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards highlights your team's ability to make every passenger's trip memorable and enjoyable."
What is the Airport Service Quality program?
The Airport Service Quality is the world's leading provider of airport service quality assessment, providing objective measurements to help airports to enhance the passenger experience, improve service offerings, and increase non-aeronautical revenues, per Airport Council International World. There are nearly 400 airports across 95 countries that partake in the program. To measure passenger satisfaction, the Airport Service Quality offers a survey program regarding passenger experiences with departures, arrivals, and commercial, among other categories. The surveys are then used to determine what participating airports offer the best passenger experience. The awards are the highest recognition given to airport operators globally.
