Art patron William “Skeet” Jiggetts has opened a new art museum in Philadelphia, PA. I asked Jiggetts what his involvement is with the museum. He said, 'I am the Founder of the Museum of African-American Art Collections. It was my idea. I brought the collectors together, secured the location, and assembled the team.
