Recipe: Chia Seed Overnight Pudding

I TBS chia seeds per 1/4 cup milk of choice.
Add sweetener (optional)
Add cinnamon (optional)
Stir
Allow to sit for 5 minutes
Stir again
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, add some milk to soften, add fruits and/or granola
