The plan to begin work in the third quarter of this year was announced Aug. 6. The project will be part of Seneca Social Co., a food and entertainment venue in Seneca’s historic downtown. A grand opening is slated for 2026.

Seneca Social will have a sit-down dining experience, as well as a casual experience designed for sharing. It will also have duckpin bowling, arcade games, sports simulators and more.

“We’re excited to bring a new level of energy and engagement to the area,” said general manager Jake Lawler in a released statement. “Seneca Social will anchor a thoughtfully curated mix of food and fun that’s perfect for families, young professionals, and anyone looking for a unique social destination.”

The project will be located at 233 Main St. in Seneca.
